Nonprofits rely heavily on the support of their board members to grow, thrive, and achieve their missions. But for many nonprofits, the one thing not moving forward is their board. Boards often lack the commitment to propel organizations ahead or they lack the tools to be successful. Nonprofits struggle with unclear board and staff roles, conflicts, and a lack of participation. Learn how you can work together to solve some of the most common board challenges and make your nonprofit be more effective and succeed!

ABOUT THE LEADERS
Workshop leaders Stephanie Minor and Greg Charleston have more than 50 years of combined experience working with nonprofits. They provide practical, on-trend information that ensures you’ll leave with the tools you need to make your board effective.
Stephanie is the Founder/CEO of Success for Nonprofits and an award-winning veteran fundraising professional, nonprofit executive, and strategic development coach. She was recently awarded “Outstanding Fundraising Professional” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
Greg is a former nonprofit CEO and has served on numerous boards. He coaches nonprofits and teaches workshops in grant writing, marketing, and board and leadership development.
