We'll also cover the basics of reading and understanding financial statements, the relationship of the board to staff, and the role of bard self-evaluation as a proxy indicator for organizational health.

WHO IS SPEAKING?


Bradley K. Ward, PCC is a certified coach and consultant who spent 20 years in the nonprofit sector. He opened his practice, The Mission Coach, LLC, after relocating with his husband to Palm Springs, CA in 2014.


In addition to being a credentialed coach, Mr. Ward works in the technical areas of governance, grants management and compliance, program management, financial management, and administration. He was chosen by the nonprofit sector because of his commitment to mission and vision, and served in the fields of public health, education, and the arts.
